what happens during a coaching session?
Say yes to more skills and confidence in negotiating. Here’s exactly what happens next:
Choose which service is right for you. There are three options to choose from: express, 60 minutes of one-on-one time dedicated to your specific negotiation goals and challenges; deluxe, 90 minutes to get crystal clear on your ask with dedicated time for role-playing; or retainer, a month-long program to support you every step of the way toward your big goal.
Schedule your session at a time that works well for you and pay by credit card by going to the Book Now page.
We’ll reach out to set up a 15-minute pre-call where we’ll discuss your objectives and decide whether to meet in person, on the phone, or on Skype. In person meetings take place at The Wing SoHo, 52 Mercer Street (at Broome Street), New York, NY.
On the day of your session, we’ll use your personalized workbook to get crystal clear on your objectives, identify what research you need to do and how to do it, plan your negotiation strategy, think through your counterpart’s point of view, and use the Ask For It framework to plan your ask. If appropriate, we’ll also cover gender specific strategies.

After your negotiation, we’ll set up a 15-minute debrief call where you’ll describe how it went, ask any follow up questions and share any feedback.
can you guarantee that I'll get a raise / promotion / offer?
No, we can’t — but let’s be honest, you knew that anyway! What we can promise is that we will support you through your planning process, give you the very best research-backed strategies for success and answer as many follow up questions as you need.

Yes! Your asks may be bigger, but we’ll apply the same essential principles to your negotiation strategy.
can't i just learn this stuff on the internet for free?
Sure you can. But you’ll have to hunt around for credible sources, read through a ton of stuff that’s not relevant to your situation and figure out how to deal with conflicting information. You won’t get personal guidance that’s specific to what you’re going through, and you won’t have anyone to ask questions or get support from. I need to negotiate something that’s not job-related. Can you still help me?
